I personally used Cool Edit and Sound Forge which are little bit professional programs but almost half of these software use similar themes, we will explain here how-to edit frequencies and build a high quality free ringtones.
Once you get the mp3 editor software installed and working, drag in the first song on your list.
Editing Procedure as follows:
1. Click on the Play button and start playing the song till you reach the part where you ringtone should start.
2. Using the mouse cursor, click & drag till your reach the ending part. "it will be selected and shaded in different color"
3. Play the selected part and refine your selection till you reach the best part.
4. Replay it again just to be 100% sure and its perfect for a ringtone.
5. Now move the mouse cursor over the selected shaded area then click trim or crop. What will happen basically is all other unselected part of the song will erase and the only selected part will stay there.
6. Now the most important thing to do is to save the new file by selecting Save As and give a new name to the file (like myringtone1.mp3).
7. Be careful here not to over write over the original song, again you have to do SAVE AS and choose a new name in order to save the ringtone in another file not over the original song otherwise you will lose the song forever.
8. Now after you saved your ringtone on a new file called myringtone1.mp3 you can freely edit this ringtone without affecting the original song.
9. Now, limiting frequencies is what we need to do, so try to find something called equalizer or graphical equalizer within the software you're using in order cut down some high and low unwanted frequencies.

Cut down and boost frequency range as per the above table i.e. giving it a volume reduction and volume gain according to the db level given above. That could be done using a normal equalizer or graphical equalizer in any editor software.
Note that we're giving a high boost on the center frequencies where the vocalist sounds are centered and thus vocal sound will be more obvious when played as a ringtone.
11. Now once you're done with frequencies, play your work and try to edit volume levels till you reach the exact level you want then save the new file in a new folder lets call it [ringtones ready to upload].

Using Your Dell 1800MP Projector in Your Home Theatre
After recently purchasing a new home, I decided to set up a home theatre in my daylight basement. I bought the couches, put up the blackout blinds and found a 106" HDTV format screen. However, after all that I didn't have much money left to buy an expensive home theatre projector. I had a Dell 1800MP projector kicking around that I bought to use for data presentations and so I decided to try mounting it for my theater. Here are a few helpful tips for others that might be considering doing something similar...
1. The 1800MP comes equipped with vertical keystone correction. This means that if you need to point the projector up or down you can fix the keystone effect. However, it does not come equipped with horizontal keystone correction. In order to get a square picture you need to make sure that you projector is centered with your screen. Otherwise, one side of your picture will be higher than the other.
2. You will notice that the Dell 1800MP does not come with either an HDMI or a DVI port. I was able to hook the projector up to my media center PC using a VGA cable and it looks great. However, the picture over the S-Video didn't look nearly as crisp. If you want a great looking picture consider getting a cable that converts component video into VGA.
3. The Dell 1800MP does not have very many options for zooming in or adjusting your picture size. This means that you will have to place your projector the correct distance from the screen in order to get the picture to be the right size for your screen. For my 106" diagonal 16:9 HDTV format screen I had to place the screen approximately 16' away from the wall. Before I mounted the projector on the ceiling, I simply held it up until I found the right spot where the projector would fill the entire screen.
4. A lot of places will charge you an arm and a leg for a mounting bracket. However, you should be able to pick up a reasonable bracket at an unnamed online auction site for about $30 including shipping. The one that I got has the ability to swivel the projector so that it can be pointed down or to the side slightly. This came in really handy when I was trying to get the projector image set up with my screen.
5. The menus for the dell 1800MP have a bunch of useful options in them that you will need. There is a setting that will flip the image so that your projector can be mounted upside down on the ceiling. There is also a setting that will change the aspect ratio of the projected image to 16:9 if you are going to use a widescreen display area. You can use these settings along with the contrast, color and brightness controls to fine tune the picture until you are happy with the picture. When your room is really dark you will see black bars above and below your screen since the 1800MP is not a widescreen projector by design. This isn't really a big deal but I thought I would mention it.

Essential Tips for a Great Podcast
Planning is an essential part of the podcasting process. By knowing what you are going to say and preparing any other resources you want to include you can save yourself time, effort and frustration when you sit down to create your podcast. Laying the groundwork saves you getting into a pickle and ensures a smooth recording without the bumpy ride!
Get into the habit of following the 5 steps below so that there'll be less time spent pulling your hair out and more time spent getting a great business podcast out into cyberspace.
Step 1 - Email participants and permission requests in advance.
You've decided to make a show about business owners where you want to interview people and use clips from other people's podcasts. If you want to record your show at the end of the week, really think about gathering permissions at the start of the week or else you might just come unstuck.
People are busy and their time is precious. Try to think ahead about who you would like to invite on to your show and get their permission way before you sit down to record. Always have back-up ideas too, just in case you just can't get to people in time.
Step 2 - Choose clips and interviewees before writing the scripts/planning your links.
If you want to use parts of the interviews or even pieces from other people's shows, it's always wise to know which clips you'll use before you write your notes or script. This means you can then write the script in a way that introduces what participants are going to say or you could comment on what they've said at the end of the clip.
Step 3 - Have a script.
Lots of would-be podcasters feel 100% confident that they know what they're going to say and intend to have a slick, fluff-free delivery. Well, you know what they say about the best laid plans of mice and men? It's a really good idea to have a script of some description so that your points follow a rational and well thought out process and your listeners get maximum value out of your podcast. You don't have to write a detailed script and then reel it off word for word if you think this will make you sound wooden (most non-professional broadcasters would have difficulty making it sound otherwise), it's more about knowing what you're going to say, knowing how your points are going to pan out and, if you have guests, having a few notes about them and the kind of questions you could ask them.
Imagine the pain of starting to introduce a guest and then completely forgetting their name. Having a script or some notes will prevent this from happening and make you feel relaxed, much in the way flash cards help you stay focussed during presentations.
Step 4 - Prepare yourself.
This may sound like an obvious preparation step but it's one that many neglect. Imagine getting up in the morning and everyone is out of the house; there's nobody to talk to. You go into your office or studio and switch your mic on, ready to record your podcast. You clear your throat a little and then start. How do you sound ? A bit like a zombie from Night of the Living Dead? So, what to do instead? Have a chat to the cat or sing in the shower to get the vocal chords loosened up and work the body out by carrying out some breathing and stretching exercises. Have a warm drink (but avoid milk as it clogs up the sinuses) and, last but not least, put a dab of lip balm on your lips (yes, it's so that they move smoothly over one another when you speak, reducing any unwanted noises).
Step 4 - Prepare your environment.
An essential element in making sure your podcast runs smoothly is to prepare your environment as well as you can. Turn off any phones that might disturb you, 'dampen' your room as much as you can (I know of someone who records under the desk with a blanket draped over it), make sure you have everything you need.
If possible, try not to time your recording to coincide your with the time the cats need feeding or your spouse will be home. Take care to ensure you will have as much peace as possible.

Another to find a good graphic designer is again by the prices, if they appear to cheap to you, or if they are much cheaper than other graphic designers then this tells you one thing, be very careful, research a lot about them before working with them, in some cases they are good graphic designers with cheap prices but in most cases this is a no no in my opinion. The reason this can take so long is a) advanced myspace profile design can be time consumning and hard work depending on how myspace is that day, sometimes it is hell, sometimes it is not. b) the clients requirements and the amount of times they ask for something changed, not only does this take a while it can be frustrating as you and the client are not always online at the same time, you may live in the uk while they live in america, I usually get replies fast but sometimes it is hell trying to get in touch and you have to refer to messages and just wait for the reply which then takes a day or more which is why the time to complete the profile can seem like a long time.
Why You Should Be Paying This Much
You should be paying the prices mentioned for several reasons. The first and most important reason is to make sure you are not getting yourself into trouble, for instance, a cheap price might look good at first but trust me on this, "you get what you pay for" and sometimes you don't actually get anything, pay cheap, expect cheap. Cheap prices to me sugests bad designs and / or bad company / myspace designer. The reason I think that is simple, why would someone have cheap prices in a job that can take hours upon hours to complete, the myspace designer is the one who has to get in touch with the client, find the requirements, make changes, get in touch with the client to actually make the changes, the graphic designer does more than just design, there is actually more work outside of graphic design involved, any graphic designer who doesn't do the running about asking questions is usually a cheap graphic designer who wants to make some quick cash out of you and then get out of there as fast as possible. They do not want to look after their clients, they just want to make quick cash, get out fast and don't care about the clients requirements at all. How To Find A Good Graphic Designer
This to me is simple but to others not so simple. My clients will usually have no clue about graphic design and will usually tell me to just design freely. One client said "your the designer, do your thing!" That is actually the hardest requirement to work to, it isn't a requirement it basically means I think, see if the client likes it, if not many hours wasted, if does then take it further and complete it. Although that method is fun I do not like it, but to strengthen it I ask them questions in ways I hope they understand, try to make it as straight forward as possible, no computer jargon. This is one way you can tell if you have a good graphic designer or not, good graphic designers will work with you, ask you lots of questions until they understand your requirements, they will then tell you what will happen and if you agree with the prices, the terms and conditions the graphic designer will begin work and show you samples at various stages of the design and if you like it they will take it further, if not they will change things and start a fresh design. Another to find a good graphic designer is again by the prices, if they appear to cheap to you, or if they are much cheaper than other graphic designers then this tells you one thing, be very careful, research a lot about them before working with them, in some cases they are good graphic designers with cheap prices but in most cases this is a no no in my opinion. Prices that are over the top are usually a) good designers who are not cheap and have the highest prices they can. b) out to rip you off and produce poor graphics while earning a lot of cash, YOUR CASH. These are the main methods of finding a good graphic designer, checking the background of the company, designer can also help, see how long they have been designing for, if they are a new company be careful. Talk to the graphic designer before ordering, say you are interested in some work but would like to investigate a bit first, or get to know the designer, investigate isn't a very friendly word, earn each others trust then get work from them if you must. Make sure they have a contact page and an about me page, if a graphic designer lacks these then to me that is a big put off. When you get replies from message or emails make sure (if email) that it is the email that you sent a message to. Also be sure to make sure they have a terms and conditions page, and a privacy policy. This is important, graphic designers will need to know some of your details, especially when sending a message to one, usually they will require your name and email, it is important for a graphic designer to explain how your information is used and it is important that they have terms and conditions, the client must understand that extra work will cost more money, how much they charge per hour if they require more work etc etc. Each terms and conditions of a graphic designer vary and they usually create them on their own so it is really IMPORTANT that you read and agree to the terms and conditions otherwise you could be paying out a lot of cash, if they do not have a terms and conditions or do not show you it at anytime, get away, do not work with them, you may end up paying a lot more than you thought you would.
